Setting it up: Start with the three arches at the back — they stand on their own, so no wall fixing is needed — then build the balloon arch around them using the tape provided. Stand the shape cutouts at the base, tape the decor cutouts to tables and walls, and place the welcome board by your door. Keep the photo selfie board to one side for pictures. Finish with the toppers on the cake and cupcakes, stickers on the balloons and gift bags, and tags tied to the return gifts.

Materials & Setup

What materials do you use?

Everything is printed and finished in-house on materials chosen to survive a party and photograph well. Boards and arches are 3mm sunboard, arch stands are 5mm sunpack, banners are flex, cutouts and toppers are cardstock, and all stickers are on premium sticker paper.
What are the backdrop arches made of? Will they damage my walls?

The arches are 3mm sunboard with a 5mm sunpack stand, so each one is free-standing. No nails, no tape, no wall fixing — you place them where you want them and they hold their own.
What is the banner made of and how do I hang it?

Flex — flexible and tear-resistant. It comes with eyelets, so you can string it up or tape it flat to the wall, whichever suits your space.
What are the welcome board and photo selfie board made of?

Both are 3mm sunboard, printed and laminated. The welcome board is designed to lean against furniture or sit by your door — a wooden stand isn't included. The selfie board is made to be held up while the kids pose through the cutout, so it's light enough for children to hold themselves.
What about the cutouts, toppers and tags?

Theme shape cutouts are 3mm sunboard and stand with a little support. Decor cutouts are cardstock. Cake and cupcake toppers are cardstock — the cake topper is layered for a 3D effect — and both come on sticks. Thank you tags are cardstock with the string already attached.
Do I need anything else to set it up?

Just double-sided tape or glue dots for the decor cutouts — those aren't included. Everything else, including the arch tape for the balloons, comes in the box.

Is everything personalised?

Yes, every piece. Your child's name, age and theme run through the whole set — nothing is pulled off a shelf, and nothing is made until you order. You'll get a design preview on WhatsApp before anything goes to print.
