Refund policy

Every Molly Moo product is made to order and personalised with your child's name, age and chosen theme. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once your design has been approved and sent for printing.

Design approval: Before printing, we send a design preview on WhatsApp. Please review it carefully — minor changes are free at this stage. Once you approve the design, it goes to print and no further changes are possible.

Cancellations: You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, provided the design has not yet been approved for printing. Contact us with your order number to cancel.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from the design you approved, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
