Shipping policy

We currently deliver only within Bangalore, Karnataka.

Delivery charges: A flat delivery fee of Rs. 199 applies to all orders. Delivery is free on orders above Rs. 1,999.

Timelines: Every product is designed, printed and packed to order. After you approve your design preview on WhatsApp, please allow 5-7 business days for printing, packing and delivery. We recommend placing your order at least 7 days before your event date.

Order updates: We will keep you posted on WhatsApp from design preview through to delivery.

Delayed or missing deliveries: If your order has not arrived within the promised window, reach us through the Contact page or on info@mollymoo.co.in and we will sort it out quickly.

Outside Bangalore? We do not currently ship outside the city. If your event is elsewhere, drop us a message before ordering and we will see what we can do.
